How long will it take to get my order?

Orders usually arrive withing 3-8 business days from the time you order. It depends on the day of the week your order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam or junk folder.

What method of payments do you accept?
We accept Western Union, Pay Pal :Visa, MasterCard.
 
What currency do you you accept?
If you pay through:
  • PayPal your credit or debit card will be charged in US funds.
  • Credit card is charged in Eastern Caribbean.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via Swiftpac, some international shipping via boats from St. Vincent.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry we only ship to the Caribbean. Barbados, St.Lucia, BVI, & St.Vincent and the Grenadines. 
 
How do I know my size?

We use USA Sizes. We also try to indicate in the item description how stretchy the material is. You can also message us on Whatsapp or social media for advise. 

Can I return my product?

Returns:
We do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our business shipping across the Caribbean Islands we do not offer returns for international shipments. We do however have great customer service staff ready to answer and advise about any item on our site. We can advise about sizing but we can not guarantee items will fit. We are working to offer refunds or exchanges and will update our policy then.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately by email or telephone. We will replace your item right away.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a 15 minute window for order cancellation. Please call Customer Service at 784-454-7536 (Whatsapp Best) immediately if you have placed an order in error.
