A shipment notification email will be sent within 24 hours to the registered email address containing tracking information of the package.
We do not ship to P.O. Box Address or APO/FPOs
Customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
All International Orders are responsible to pay for Customs/Taxies/Duties for all orders!
Lost Or Stolen Package Policy
If your order is lost or stolen a UPS or USPS claim will be filed on your behalf by us. After the Claim is filed and completed by UPS or USPS, the conclusion of the investigation will determine whether a Full Refund will be given. The Customer must wait for the claim to be finished before any refunds are processed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Time does not include several factors including Processing time in our warehouse - how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for your shipment. Some orders may take longer to process/assemble before we are able to ship them.
