To return items, you must contact us directly at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization.
We do not offer refunds, only store credits on a case by case basis, based on Management discretion.
Our clothes are true to size according to our size chart unless otherwise noted in the description. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to extended seams nor that are stretched out.
Personalized products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
*Please note we are under no obligation to accept a return because a client has “buyer’s remorse”, “changed their mind” or “ordered the wrong item”.
Sale priced items are processed as FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged, returned or credited.
SALES : All sales of cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, lingerie, swimwear and items marked as "SALE" and "CLEARANCE" are final.
We offer hassle-free exchanges on items with manufacturer’s defect for store merchandise of equal value within 7 days of delivery. After this time, return or exchange claims will not be accepted.
If an item doesn’t fit you are eligible for exchange ONLY for the same item different size. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of package. Refunds are not an option! All sale items, accessories, shape wear, jewelry, white clothing and custom made items are final sale...
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with original tags (if applicable) in order to receive a store credit. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return. Please note that if the seams are damaged (i.e stretched) or if there are any stains, deodorant stains, perfume, smoke or other odors on the returned item it will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees, including postage, as well the original shipping and handling charges. To save money and heartache you can come to the store once a return confirmation was sent to you as another option.
If you receive an incorrect item
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID, the full name/title of the item you were supposed to receive, send us a camera phone picture of item received and any further details of the problem within 24hrs of delivery. We will work with you to resolve this.
We strongly advise that the customer fully inspect their order before removing any tags or discarding any original packaging. To ensure the quality of our items, Miamigirlonlineboutique.com cannot accept returns of items which do not have all original tags attached. Exchanges must be done within 7 days. Customers will not receive credit (either in full refund or in store credit) to their account if items are returned with any original tags missing. We do not issue cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit only.
